Terry Mason, MD, FACS  has served as Commissioner of Public Health, City of Chicago, and is past Chief Operating Officer of the Cook County Department of Public Health. Dr. Mason previously served as the Chief Medical Officer of the Cook County Health and Hospitals System. He was an Adjunct Clinical Professor at the Loyola University Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine and the University of Illinois Chicago, Medical School. Dr Mason hosts the “Doctor in the House” radio talk show aired on WVON 1690 am past  29 years and counting. Dr. Mason received his MD from the University of Illinois Chicago.
